This newly built beach house is located at Agia Marina, a village about 8km west of Chania.
Touching the sandy beach, 20m from the sea is the private front yard of the house. Relaxing on the front yard near the mulberry tree, one can gaze at the Thodorou island not far away from the coast.
The house can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of people in it’s two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra WC and a cozy living room.
Space
Two separate bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. One master bedroom with a king-size handmade wooden bed and another bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to a king-size too.
Located at the center of the villa the living room is united with the kitchen. There is also a bathroom and an extra WC.
The villa has direct access to the beach which is located in front of its spacious front yard.
Getting Around
Across the street there is a bakery and a super market, the house is located a few steps from everything needed.
